Shipping
- We ship domestically across India and internationally.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- International deliveries may take 7–21 working days, depending on customs & region.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

Returns
Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of product damage or manufacturing defect upon delivery.

Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of unboxing damage required

Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after returned items are inspected and approved.
- Refunds will reflect in your account in 7–10 working days.
- In case of replacement requests, we will send a new item instead of issuing a refund.
